Important Instructions for Examination, 2025

  1. You must have your admit card, student card/ID Card/Passport on all exam days.
  2. Mobile phone, female handbags and any kind of study material are strictly prohibited in examination hall.
  3. If a mobile phone is confiscated it won’t be returned.
  4. Students can deposit mobile phones by paying Rs: 10/ to Photocopy Shop.

  5. The Mid-Term Exam will be computer-based. All students must bring their own laptops.

    Students who wish to use the computer lab will be charged Rs. 1000 per paper. Such requests must be submitted no later than 9th April 2025.

BS A&F Date Sheet

  1. Admit Cards: Please be informed that Admit Cards for the upcoming final term exams will be issued by the Accounts Department. To collect your Admit Card, it is mandatory to clear dues Till 5 April 2026. Ensure that your fee payments are up to date to avoid any inconvenience.
  2. Fee Clearance: Kindly settle any pending fees before the examination period. Admit Cards will only be provided to students with cleared dues. The Accounts Department will be open for fee clearance during regular working hours. Plan accordingly to avoid any last-minute rush. Online Voucher Requests: If you wish to receive an online voucher for fee payment, please send an email to accounts@uolcc.edu.pk. Include your full name, student ID, and the program in the email.
  3. Payment Method: Note that cash transactions will not be accepted. Kindly deposit the required fee in the designated bank account mentioned on voucher.

BS 2 Years Morning Date Sheet
